We offer a variety of program formats to keep you motivated and feeling healthy. At Norton Pines Fitness, our instructors are prepared to inspire and motivate, as well as help you meet your personal fitness goals.

ABC Basics: Abs, Butt & Core exercises to focus on the top 3 requested areas of emphasis. (30 minutes, group fitness)

Aqua Cardio: This Energizing class in the water focuses solely on elevating your heart rate to improve cardiovascular strength and endurance. Choose your own pace in this high energy class that will burn some calories while you have a blast!

Aqua Motion: cardio training in the pool with water specific equipment provides a “no sweat” workout that benefits stamina.  This high power water class provides a challenging variety of movements designed to allow the unique properties of water to both support and resist as you work.  Wear shoes in the water?  You bet, come see why!!

Beach Boot Camp: This class will use the instability of sand to reawaken muscles you've forgotten you have. Beach Boot Camp has it all; you will gain strength, endurance, and burn extreme amounts of fat! Best of all It is suitable for people of any fitness level.

Cardio Tennis: This tennis class is a great workout and you get to play tennis at the same time!  You will move quickly through fast paced drills that will fire you up for 30 minutes of fast paced games.  All levels are welcome; please sign up at the front desk.  Cost $7 for members and $13 for guests. (Class is free for first time participants and the member who brought them).

Creative Power: This is a strength and conditioning class choreographed to music. This class will work every muscle group in your body while using barbells, dumbbells, bands and balls.  Not only will you condition and tone you will also raise your metabolic rate to help you burn more fat at rest. (60minutes, group fitness)

Group Tread:  Kick up your current cardio routine in this treadmill class. Everyone is welcome as each class is based on individual fitness levels. To maximize the benefits of this class, a heart rate monitor is helpful but not required.

Hot Yoga: Hot Yoga will be lighthearted, positive, and fun. Fun does not mean easy, however; you will work hard. You will sweat profusely. A vigorous Vinyasa series followed by inversions, backbends, twists, and forward bends will build strength and endurance

Hot Yoga Plus: Saturday’s class will be similar to Hot Yoga, but will also be focused on developing familiarity with a wider variety of postures and variations to well known favorites.

Kickboxing Self Defense: A whole body exercise technique expanding your aerobic AND anaerobic capacities all the while developing balance, coordination, and self confidence.  During the cool down we’ll go over easy “defense nuggets” that we hope you’ll never need but be glad to know if you ever have to protect yourself or those you love.    

Lifting 101: This class will truly take your strength, power and conditioning to the next level. We will use a circuit training based lifting program to teach you correct technique on many different exercises. The class is designed for people of any fitness level, everyone is welcome! 

Mix it up: Tone your entire body and elevate your heart rate with this dynamic 60 minute workout! We will meet in the Group Fitness class, but be prepared for a new workout every Thursday! The classes will be focused on toning using dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, etc but will also have a cardio element as well! Be prepared to push your body in new ways every week!

Pilates:Develop strength through the core, back and hips providing a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination. Pilate’s goal is overall body fitness, elongated supple muscles, and balance between body and mind, with all the parts of a person working as a whole.

Power Strength: High heart rate interval training involving plyometric and strength training.  Burn high calories in this sports conditioning class while strengthening you muscles within the same hour.

Pump & Ride: Start your ride off with 30 minutes of strength training then finish with 30 minutes of high intensity Spin.

Restorative Yoga:  Yoga at a level for those who are familiar with traditional asanas (poses). Increase your sense of balance, strength, concentration, and flexibility by experiencing fast paces flow, inversions and balances.  This class will reduce physical and emotional effect of stress. You will feel energized and deeply relaxed at the same time! Breath work is included.

Spin: One full hour of cardiovascular conditioning in a group cycling class.

Spin & Abs: 45 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning in a group cycling and 15 minutes of abdominal and core work.

Lite Circuit: This is a great class with lots of people who enjoy exercising and socializing together.  Each class offers a variety of formats; One day you will be in the circuit training studio, the next in the weight room changing up your routine to keep you coming back for more.  Meet at the climbing wall.

Lite Pilates: Pilates is a workout designed to help strengthen you core. Tuesday & Thursday class is 30 minutes and will be done standing using the chair for assistance.

Lite Yoga: This is a great way to experience yoga.

TRX Training:  while in this class you’re in control. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

Turbo Kick:  The hottest cardio kickboxing class around.  Turbo Kick is a fusion of hip-hop and kickboxing.  Turbo kick is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with boosts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, and kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training.

Water Fitness: This low impact class provides a challenging total body workout with rhythmic movements that focus on strengthening each muscle group.  You will increase flexibility, coordination, toning, balance, and muscular strength while decreasing pain and stiffness.    Recovering from an injury?  Let the therapeutic properties water work for you!

Working Deeper: A deep water aquatics class designed to maximize personal wellness in a non impact training environment.  Come and experience your body’s unique gratification as overall conditioning occurs in this highly resistive workout emphasizing individual endurance.  You will employ a variety of floatation devices that maximize the deeper core trunk stabilizers resulting in greater muscle symmetry, improved body systems and enhance overall fitness.

Zumba:  This class is great for having fun dancing to music and getting a good workout. (60minutes)                                              

*All Spin or Rev classes are held in our SPIN STUDIO.  *ABC Basic, Creative Power, Hard Core Circuit, Hip Hop Hustle, In & Out, Kickboxing, Stretching, Turbo Kick, and Zumba are held in our GROUP FITNESS STUDIO. *All Yoga and Pilates classes meet in our YOGA STUDIO. *Pump & Ride starts in our GROUP FITNESS STUDIO and ends in our SPIN STUDIO. TRX and Power Strength meet in the GYM. *Group Tread is held in the CARDIO ROOM.

*Schedules are subject to change due to instructor availability and class participation.  Please check the program desk on a daily basis.

*There must be a minimum of 5 participants for class to run.  Classes will be cancelled if there are not 10 or more in class on a consistent basis.
